Quality Control
We regard quality and profits as the top
priorities, and continues to carry out the "Year
of Quality and Benefit" activity, with "promoting
safety, increasing profit and reducing cost" as
the core. We take team construction as the carrier
and takes "promoting safety, increasing profit and
reducing cost " as the theme to promote QC
(referred to as "quality management") group
activities. By organizing training and thematic
exchange meetings, we encourage each group to
learn from each other and improve together. We
further promote the identification and control of
quality risk, and strive to cover all products and
services.
Occupational Health
We adhere to the people-oriented concept and
regards employees as our most valuable resources.
We closely combine occupational health management
with "family" culture, pays attention to
employees' physical and mental health, and
promotes employees' happy work and healthy life.
We keep our employees informed of the occupational
hazards, test the present situation and evaluate
the inductive factors. We have annual occupational
health examination, carry out the prevention and
control of occupational disease hazards
assessment, and continuously improve the work
environment to provide employees with a healthy
and safe working environment. We have employee
health promotion plan, hold health education
training and focus on high-risk groups. In
addition, we carry out the nutrition catering
training and encourage employees to participate in
the activities of "walking 10,000 steps daily". In
order to improve the health awareness of our
employees, we try to help our employees to get
into the habit of exercise by building health
corners and health homes in the office. At the
same time, mental health support services are
provided to employees through special lectures on
mental health, psychological hotline, e-mail and
message.
Safety Management
We believe "safety first, prevention first",
implement the national safety production
requirements seriously by establishing the safety
production responsibility system, carrying out
safety quality training for employees at all
levels, and continue to carrying out hidden
trouble investigation and safety standardization
construction. We strengthen the management of
major hazard sources and major risk operations,
build the “Safety Management Measures for Major
Risk Operations” and carry out QHSE risk
assessment. For high risk operations, we make
major risk operation plans, formulate specific
preventive practices, and keep strict supervision
during operation. We build the “Safety Risk
Management Measures for The Whole Life Cycle of
Construction Projects” to control critical points
of large equipment & facilities in key
construction projects.
Environmental Protection
We have been committed to creating an
environmentally friendly enterprise, actively
cooperate with local environmental protection
departments, earnestly implement local
environmental protection policy requirements and
pollutant emission standards. In response to the
national environmental protection policy, we have
carried out clean production audit, environmental
protection post-assessment, dock oil spill risk
assessment and VOCs (organic volatile matter)
comprehensive management, and constantly improve
our environmental protection management.
