CenerTech will do a good job in top-level design and plan for high-quality development of the clean energy industry. In 2022, cnooc Development Party Committee will accelerate the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects, actively prepare for the approval of major photovoltaic special projects of the Group, and strive to achieve green transformation leapfrog development in order to deeply implement the working spirit of the Group and orderly promote green and low-carbon development.

Cnooc Clean Energy Development Branch has conducted extensive exchanges and reached cooperation on offshore wind energy storage and industrial technologies with The Electric Power Department of National Energy Administration, Guangdong Yuedian Yangjiang Company and China Southern Power Grid Power Technology Company. 4. In September 2021, cnooc Development Party Committee held CCUS major special list unveiling activities in accordance with the instructions of the central Government, and Clean energy company Gao Bo successfully unveiled the list, marking that CNOOC's research in the low-carbon field has entered a new stage of centralized planning and rapid development. The low-carbon project team is working on CCUS projects in four domestic and external markets in succession, and is focusing on the integration of a CO₂ recycling unit and a storage and transportation unit. At the same time, it strengthened communication and cooperation with internal and external units of the system, participated in CCUS technology application exchanges organized by China Petroleum Society and Xinjiang Petroleum Society, and successively signed cooperation agreements with Beijiang Power Plant and Beijing Bailishi Company.
